Whilst not the first thought for your Festive meal, a hearty winter salad is the perfect accompaniment or starter for your festivities! I'm sharing one of my favourite winter salad recipes, with a touch of cheese of course!
Perfect to serve with warm bread and works well as an addition to your festive feast.
What you will need
SHOPPING LIST
- 300g Rocket and Spinach
- 40g Chopped Cherry tomatoes
- 40g Pomegranate Seeds
- 20g Roughly chopped dried cranberries
- 30g Fine Chopped Nuts
- 4 tbsp of balsamic dressing
- 250g Stilton
Let's get started...
STEP ONE
In a bowl mix the rocket and spinach with all the chopped ingredients
STEP TWO
Add Balsamic dressing and salt
STEP THREE
Pop in fridge until ready to serve.
