What you will need
SHOPPING LIST
- 1tsp Sumac
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped capers
- 1bsp grated parmesan
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ tsp of chilli flakes
- 80ml Olive Oil
- 3tbsp of chopped olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Let's get started...
STEP ONE
Add all the ingredients to a shallow bowl except the parmesan cheese.
STEP TWO
Pour in the olive oil and stir it all together. Top it off with parmesan cheese.
STEP THREE
Serve with freshly baked bread
